Join us for the Spring Kite Fly at Fly It Port A on the beautiful beach! This is an open event where you can either bring your own kite (BYOK) to help fill the sky with color or simply come and enjoy the breathtaking sight of kites flying high. Kite flying will begin around 10 a.m. near beach marker 13 and will continue throughout the day, weather permitting. The core flying hours will be from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., but you’re welcome to arrive earlier or stay later to enjoy the fun. This event is open to the public and suitable for all ages, plus it’s completely free! Just a friendly reminder to bring your beach parking permit if you plan to park on the beach. You can get one for $12 at the Port Aransas Welcome Center, local convenience stores, and the IGA grocery store. We can’t wait to see you there!
