Celebrate the rich boat-building heritage of the area at the Port Aransas harbor during the three-day Wooden Boat Festival from October 25-27. This event features a stunning array of handcrafted wooden boats, including kayaks, paddleboards, skiffs, and historic Farley boats. Visitors can enjoy the wooden boat showcase, explore a local arts and crafts market, savor delicious food from various vendors, and enjoy live music throughout the weekend. A festival highlight is the Family Boat Build, where families collaborate to construct a wooden boat over two and a half days, culminating in a Sunday launch. With live music, family-friendly activities, and so much more to enjoy, there's something for everyone at the Port Aransas Wooden Boat Festival!
