Presented by the Port Aransas Community Theatre, located at 2327 TX Hwy 361, the show runs on 7/14/2024, 7/28/2024, and 8/4/2024 at 2:30 PM. Tickets are $22 each. Enjoy hits like “Cheeseburger in Paradise,” “Margaritaville,” and “It’s Five O’Clock Somewhere,” along with many more.

Join us for the hilarious comedy Males Order Brides presented by the Port Aransas Community Theatre, 2327 TX Hwy 361. The show will run from July 18-28, with evening shows at 7:30 PM and matinees at 2:30 PM. Tickets are $22 each. Don't miss this entertaining tale of love, deception, and unexpected twists!

Join us for an Acrylic Paint Class with Greta Watkins on July 29 from 10 AM to 1 PM at the Port Aransas Art Center, 104 N Alister St, Port Aransas, TX 78373. This class is geared for beginner to intermediate painters. For only $60, you will learn to use a limited palette and mix colors as needed while discussing different kinds of brushstrokes and mark-making techniques. Project: Beach Morning Glories Provided: 11 x 14 stretched canvas Supply List (provided by the student):

• Acrylic paint: titanium white, cadmium yellow medium, pyrrole red, phthalo blue (suggested brand: Liquitex Basics, or other Liquitex or Golden paints)
• Brushes: Flats 3/4”, 1/2”, 1/8”
• #2 pencil
• Painting apron (optional)

Join the Picture Frame Making Workshop at Farley Boat Works, 716 W Avenue C, from July 30 to August 2 from 9 AM to 12 PM. Participants will create their own custom picture frame. The workshop fee is $100, which includes all materials needed to build and decorate the project. Workshops are for all ages, but attendees under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to assist them in their project.

Join the Cutting Board Workshop at Farley Boat Works, 716 W Avenue C, from August 6–9 from 9 AM to 12 PM. Participants will make their customized cutting board from mahogany and oak. They can create different patterns and then shape their cutting board however they want. There is no limit to the shapes to choose from. Texas proud? Cut it in the shape of Texas. Love marine life? Make a dolphin. Participants will have a beautiful cutting board suitable for everyday use or special occasions. The workshop fee is $100, which includes all materials needed to build and decorate the project. Workshops are for all ages, but a parent or guardian must accompany attendees under the age of 13 to assist them in their project.
