Farley Boat Works: Landing Net Workshop

Join the Landing Net Workshop at Farley Boat Works, 716 W Avenue C, from July 16–19 at 9Am to 12PM. Participants will make their own custom landing net with a laminated frame made of mahogany and Douglas fir. The handle can be customized to the participant’s liking. Its 3-foot length allows for a long reach, great for pulling fish into the boat! The workshop fee is $100, which includes all materials needed to build and decorate the project. Workshops are for all ages, but attendees under the age of 13 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian to assist them in their project.
