Acrylic Paint Class with Greta Watkins – Beach Morning Glories

Join us for an Acrylic Paint Class with Greta Watkins on June 17 from 10 AM to 1 PM at the Port Aransas Art Center, 104 N Alister St. This class is geared toward beginner to intermediate painters. We will learn to use a limited palette and mix colors as needed, discussing different kinds of brushstrokes and mark-making.

Provided: 11 x 14 stretched canvas
Supply List (provided by the student):

• Acrylic paint: titanium white, cadmium yellow medium, pyrrole red, phthalo blue (suggested brand: Liquitex Basics, or other Liquitex or Golden paints)
• Brushes: Flats 3/4”, 1/2”, 1/8”
• #2 pencil
• Painting apron (optional)
