With easy access to the pools (one heated October through March for the comfort of Winter Texans), hot tubs, a recreation room, and the beach and with a designated parking space near the elevator ll have plenty to enjoy.
This suite includes a bedroom with a comfortable king-size bed, sliding doors with direct access to the large private balcony, and an ensuite bathroom featuring a tub and shower, and lighted mirror. The dining area seats six. The living room has a queen-size sofa bed with a memory foam mattress. Keep your vacation wardrobe fresh with our new washer and dryer in the laundry room. Great place to store your coolers, beach toys, beach accessories and towels after a fun filled day at the beach or pool.
The spacious private balcony will likely become your favorite spot, whether you re enjoying your morning coffee or a refreshing evening cocktail. The high-top furniture provides relaxing views of Cinnamon Shores and partial views of the ocean. Our fully equipped kitchen features updated stainless steel appliances and all the accessories you need, whether you re preparing light snacks or a gourmet meal. It includes both a Keurig and a drip coffee maker, plus an electric water kettle, so whether you prefer ground coffee or K-cups, you can sip your morning brew out on the deck.
For your entertainment, the unit is equipped with Smart TVs throughout. There s a 65 wall-mounted TV in the living room, and a 44 TV in the bedroom. Enjoy Spectrum TV or Wi-Fi for your viewing pleasure. If you need to catch up on work, a desk is provided in the bedroom. For added fun, family games can be found in the living room cabinet and in the master closet.
