Welcome to recently renovated Unit 308! You are guaranteed the best views of the Gulf of Mexico from your private 27- foot balcony. Take an easy stroll down our board walk past the dunes to the expansive beach, perfect for sunset walks, lounging, and enjoying the surf. A wall of sliding glass doors ensures your view of the ocean is never blocked from almost anywhere inside the unit.
Walk into the fully equipped kitchen and feel as though you have been swept away to a picturesque Mexican town with the Talavera tile backsplash. The under-the-cabinet lighting provides warmth and an easy to use work space. The dining room fits 8 adults comfortably with space for 4 at the dinner table and 4 additional stools at the island.
The living room has plenty of sitting for watching your favorite TV show or movie on a 55 flat screen TV.
The entry bedroom has a king size bed with a 50 flat screen TV and a bathroom right outside the door. The beach side bedroom has two queens with attached bathroom. Electric roller shades in living and master bedroom allows guests to have a wonderful nights rest.
**Bed rails for children are available in closet.
**This unit is one of the few that provides guests the use of a full size washer and dryer, a beach wagon and beach chairs.
Amenities include: Free Wireless Internet (WiFi), Cable TV, coin operated on-site laundry, pool, hot tub, BBQ pits, and fish house. Indoor game room features an indoor shuffleboard, board games and a 50 in. TV.
