While cooking, you are looking directly out at the ocean and can easily whip up delicious meals since the kitchen has been fully outfitted with cookware, small appliances and everything you might need. The kitchen features new stainless appliances and beautiful granite countertops with three bar stools making it easy for guests to visit with the chef while your meal is being prepared.

From the comfort of your own bed you can wake up to the beautiful Port Aransas beach and enjoy the waves crashing upon the beach. The kitchen/living area features its own private patio with four comfortable seating chairs and two tables. Wonderful Vacation & Property!!

The property is very immaculate and well-kept. We had a two-unit - 1 bedroom with an efficiency. It was the perfect size for two couples, so we could each have our own king-size bed and full bath. We had a problem with the a/c in the efficiency which was fixed when a tech could come on Monday morning. It was a little inconvenient, but the staff was very kind and kept us informed of the progress and updated when it was complete & working. The pool, though not heated, was crystal clear and we enjoyed it to cool off. The two hot tubs are great for relaxing and chatting with new acquaintances. One suggestion would be to install under cabinet lighting in the efficiency to illuminate that area as the microwave light is not very bright, nor the ceiling fan. Definitely would stay here again when we are considering a vacation!
