Master bedroom has a private attached bathroom with a walk-in-shower. There is a desk in the master with a bayside view that can be used for work, make-up or writing your memoirs. Sitting in the comfy living room, either on the large sofa or two comfy chairs while enjoying a fire in the fireplace (electric), will make you want to relax and take in the ocean views from the full wall of windows. The living room has a big screen TV and cable. If you enjoy bird watching Port Aransas is a great location and this unit has lots of great books on the subject. A fully stocked kitchen with Mr. Coffee, Keurig, Blender, Air Fryer, Toaster and much more. The ocean view kitchen island has three barstools and a large working surface area. A dining room table overlooking the ocean will make this getaway condo the perfect choice! There is a bar cart in the dining room with storage for your snacks, beverages, and games. The sofa-bed in the living area has additional sleeping for two, making this condo sleep a total of six. Unit 907 does have the option to be rented as a one bedroom during Fall, Winter, and Spring Seasons. Unit 907 cannot be rented as a one bedroom during summer months.
