Unit 906LK is a ninth-floor 1-bedroom 1-bath vacation rental that features a coastal contemporary style with tile floors throughout, soft colors, and plenty of (dimmable) LED lighting. Unit 906LK does not rent as a 1 bedroom during Summer, this unit at a 1 bedroom rate is only available Fall, Winter, and Spring rate Seasons. Not only does this condo enjoy an open floor-plan and floor-to-ceiling windows with in-your-face Gulf views, but the patio doors also open all the way from one side to the other. This unit also has lots of USB ports, smart TVs, and ceiling fans (with remotes) in the living area and the bedroom. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the condo, as well as a Blu-ray disk player with Netflix and Pandora access in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen sports quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a hall pantry, and storage galore.

The refrigerator has in-the-door ice and water. The bedroom provides a great view of Corpus Christi Bay and Wilson’s Cut. The living room features two swivel rockers and a sofa sleeper with an upgraded queen-size memory foam mattress for a restful sleep. The dining room has a large round table with seating for at least six (and additional seating for two at the bar). Watch the pelicans fly by at eye-level as you enjoy the fabulous views of the Gulf on the private balcony—with two captain chairs and a table, as well as a small dining table and four chairs.
