This home away from home is highlighted by a whitewash shiplap wall, handpicked granite counters, custom cabinets and vanities, designer tile backsplash and showers, upgraded Whirlpool appliances and Keurig coffee maker, laminate wood floors, solid wood doors… So much attention to detail.

In efforts to create and build a better experience for all of our guests, please note that there are property improvement projects taking place at Sandpiper Condominiums. The Summer Season 2023 will not impact your condo selection or experience in your desired condo.

The furnishings were selected to please in both looks and comfort: an inviting couch arrangement with loveseat and sofa chair plus a leather ergonomic recliner, solid wood coffee/end tables, Sony Smart TV, handcrafted Amish maple dining room set, bedroom suite imported from Bali, and organic Cool-Max mattresses.

The king size ensuite is spacious with a stunning master bath. The guest bedroom also features a private bath with queen bed and adult size twin.  There is a memory foam hide-a-bed if needed. Both bedrooms have mounted 40” smart TVs and DVRs.

Taken down to the studs following Harvey, the renovations were done with allergens in mind including: all sheetrock replaced, extra insulation with sound barrier, new air/heat system, new duct work, new fixtures, new plumbing/electric, and much more.

The owners of this condo frequent it often and it is reflected in the style and upgrades throughout…. Again, the attention to detail sets it apart.
