This inviting and sun filled unit has fantastic views from the full-length windows of the living and dining room areas. The 4 tall chairs on the balcony overlook the incredible beach and the Gulf of Mexico.
The kitchen has new cabinetry, quartz countertops, bright lighting, and new stainless appliances and is fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy eating in. There is a new large dining room table that comfortably seats 6, with 2 additional barstools at the counter. Another table in the living area seats 4 and is a great place to set up your computer or a wonderful place for children to color and play games. There is a large flat-screen TV and DVD player for additional enjoyment. The living room includes a new queen-sized sofa bed, along with new lamps and artwork. This is the perfect area for reading, watching TV, or just relaxing and enjoying the beautiful water views.
The master suite is large and inviting with beautiful new furniture. There is a comfortable new box spring and mattress on the king-sized bed, a wall-mounted TV and lovely plantation shutters. For ultimate privacy, the remodeled on-suite bathroom is designed with a walk-in tile and stone shower, bright lighting and a beautiful quartz-topped vanity with plenty of space.
