A private balcony with comfortable tall chairs gives a clear view of the gulf beach. The perfect place to relax and enjoy your morning coffee while admiring the magnificent sunrises, listening to the surf below watching the pelicans and seagulls pass by.
Wooden plank-style flooring compliments the fun coastal decor throughout the unit. The living room features a large comfortable sitting area, along with a bistro table to enjoy the views of the beach while you enjoy your morning coffee or a snack. Everything that you ll need to create your culinary delights is available in the open kitchen, which includes plenty of pantry space for your groceries. Both Keurig and drip coffee systems are available, so bring your favorites to brew. A beautiful granite countertop provides plenty of space for serving and the three stools provide extra seating. The dining table seats six comfortably for enjoyment of family time and the custom wall of mirrors reflects the light and the beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico.
