Located on the 5th floor this unit leaves you feeling "high and mighty" with everything you could possibly need to enjoy a family or group vacation. The living area was designed for family time with plenty of seating arrangements and games for all. Even furnished with extra seating under the unique coffee table for kiddos or extra family members this condo is well stocked. DVD player and 42" flat screen TV accommodates every one for a great time. There is a half bath attached to the hallway making easy access from bedrooms, kitchen, living, and dining areas. A three night minimum is required on reservations during Sandpiper holidays. The following are considered holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Easter, Texas SandFest, Memorial Day, 4th of July and Labor Day.
