Welcome to your new favorite vacation retreat #301 at Sandpiper Condominiums. This recently remodeled 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom condo has 3 incredible balconies! Two of them have the view of the ocean (master suite and living room/ dining room) and the other very long balcony, connects to the two guest rooms, and overlooks the pool and the wetland areas of Mustang Island. All the balconies have comfortable furniture and plenty of seating to share a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise or a cocktail at sunset to get your evening started.
The kitchen is a seasoned cooks dream because it is fully stocked with stainless steel appliances and equipped with everything you need to create a gourmet meal or a quick lunch. It has a Keurig coffeepot that allows you to make a single cup of coffee or a pot depending on your crew. There is a wine refrigerator to accommodate your wines to the perfect temperature at the end of the granite bar in the kitchen. This beautiful space is open to the dining room and comfortable living room with plenty of room for game night or movie night. It is surrounded by floor to ceiling windows all around the space and a sliding glass door that opens to the living room balcony so the fun can extend outdoors too!
The master bedroom has a comfy king- sized bed and a dresser to help you stay organized while vacationing. The two guest rooms are beautifully decorated to remind you that you are at the beach at every turn. One has twin beds and the other has a king-sized bed. All the bedrooms have flat screen televisions as does the living room. The full guest bathroom has a bath tub as well as shower. The bathrooms are all granite and updated with fabulous showers and beautiful tile work.
Once you visit this wonderful retreat you will want to book it for your return every year!
