The time for a coastal getaway is NOW! Sandcastle Unit #438 is an elegantly designed, 1 Bedroom/ 1 Bathroom condo situated on the fourth floor. Up to four guests can enjoy this marvelous space, complete with pops of color and tropical d cor.
From the moment you enter this well-designed space, you will feel at home. The living area boasts a full-sized sofa a two swivel chairs. The large Smart TV is mounted in an area for easy viewing while relaxing anywhere in the living area. The unit is equipped with high speed internet for streaming. Step out from the sliding glass store to your own personal wrap around balcony, complete with loungers and a table for each set of chairs. The ocean views from this spot can t be beat!
For the avid cook of the family, the open concept kitchen is stocked with all the cookware, dishes, and utensils you will need to prepare meals for the group. There are also newly upgraded, stainless steel appliances. Plenty of counter and bar space is also provided and for those quick afternoon lunches there is bar seating for 4.
The refined dining area is situated perfectly in front of the wall-to-wall windows and will seat up to six, so if you are looking for dinner and a view, look no further! Guests will have a perfect view of those afternoon sunsets. For extra sleeping space this unit also includes two murphy beds.
The bedroom has a king bed, a large dresser with vanity mirror and a flat screen TV with Smart TV access as well. For additional storage space there is also a large closet you can place your luggage in.
