Our unit is a 3-bedroom, 2 bath vacation rental with a large 38 balcony where you can enjoy the view of the beach and glorious sunsets over the bay. Enjoying morning coffee cocktails at sunset.
Our unit is one of the closest to the beach, elevator, pool, hot tub, and barbecue grills.
Our fully equipped kitchen has been completely renovated with granite countertops, new cabinetry, all new appliances.
There is a spacious living room and dining room providing seating for 6 together with 4 bar stools.
Smart TVs in every room.
Master bedroom has a king size bed with a private ensuite bathroom which has been completely renovated. Large walk-in shower, heated towel rack, granite countertops.
Second bathroom has also been renovated. Bedroom 2 has a queen -size bed and bedroom 3 has a king size bed. The unit also has a queen -size sofa sleeper.
Pak play and highchair available if needed. Also available are games a small library.
The condo has the potential to sleep 8 and includes a washer/dryer available for guest use.
