Welcome to our Kiwi Coastal Retreat at Port Aransas. Originally from New Zealand, we are all about the beach. Sun, surf fun!
This family-owned coastal retreat strikes the balance between comfort and luxury, providing a serene escape with beautiful views of the beach and glorious sunsets over the bay.
La Mirage 130 with a preferred Gulf view is located on the SE corner of the complex, making it one of the closest to the boardwalk, beach, elevator, pool, hot tub, and barbecue grills
This vacation home is a well -appointed 3-bedroom, 2-bath with a layout to accommodate up to 8 people. The large 38 balcony allows you to enjoy morning coffee or cocktails at sunset.
Our fully equipped kitchen has been completely renovated with granite countertops, new cabinetry, and all-new appliances including a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave.
There is a spacious living room and dining room providing seating for 6, together with 4 bar stools, or enjoy the patio for dining al fresco.
The Master bedroom has a king-size bed with a private ensuite bathroom, which has been completely renovated. Large walk-in shower, heated towel rack, granite countertops.
The second bathroom has also been renovated with new countertops and new cabinetry, with a bath/shower combination. There is a king-size bed in the 2nd bedroom and a queen-size bed in the 3rd. There is also a queen-size sofa sleeper.
For a young family, we offer a pack-and-play and highchair available at the Management office if needed. Also available are games and a small library.
There are smart TVs in every room and a washer/dryer available for guest use.
For days spent outdoors, La Mirage offers several amenities, including two outdoor pools, one of which is heated, two hot tubs, pickleball courts, a game room, and barbecue grills.
