Located in beautiful Port Aransas along the Texas Gulf Coast.
La Mirage Condominiums Condo 309 is a two-bedroom, two-bath vacation rental in Port Aransas!
Unit 309 is found on the top floor of La Mirage with a beautiful view of our coast. As you enter the unit you can be greeted by sunshine as the private patio entrance is found just across the room. Or you can stop and grab a refreshing drink in the kitchen found to your left as you walk in.
Unit 309 is an upgraded, renovated gulf view unit that sleeps up to six. This 2 bed 2 bath unit features a kitchen with a center island, perfect for visiting with others in the living room while you prep meals or when extra space is needed for preparations. This unit comes equipped with a stove, microwave, and dishwasher. The best thing about this unit though is the feeling of being at home in a place away from home. The master bedroom has king-sized bed and offers direct access to the private deck while the guest bedroom provides a comfy queen-sized bed.
Both bedrooms and the living room are equipped with Spectrum cable.

What you can expect in the condo:
Wi-Fi Cable
Kitchen well equipped with basic cooking needs (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave and large appliances). Note that food products such as spices or seasoning are not provided for safety reasons.
Condo is supplied with one set of sheets for all beds. Bath towels are supplied. Please bring Beach Towels.
A start up supply of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 kitchen trash bags, 1 kitchen sponge, bar hand soap for each sink, dishwasher tablets and 1 small bottle of dish soap will be provided. If more supplies are needed please visit the front desk.

This is a non-smoking condo.
This condo comes with a covered parking space. Spaces are reserved,please park in the assigned spot, and if you bring an additional vehicle, it will need to be parked in the guest parking at the front of the complex.
