You can enjoy the view of the gulf from your 27-foot-long balcony or take the private boardwalk across the dunes to the expansive beach, perfect for sunset walks, lounging, and enjoying the surf.
Both balconies include beautiful furniture. Bay side equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining. While the gulf side includes 5 bar-height chairs and 2 tables, allowing you to see over the railing onto the sand and surf. The balconies are great for early morning coffee or dinner overlooking the ocean. With a sliding wall of windows on the second floor you feel like you re on the beach even when you are inside.
The gourmet kitchen is bright, white, and clean. Take advantage of the beautiful quartz countertops because this kitchen is fully equipped with cooking and eating utensils, stove with oven, microwave, dishwasher, and disposal. The fridge has an internal water dispenser and ice maker. The dry bar provides extra space area for food and beverages.
