Sea Gull Condominiums unit 803 is an eighth floor 2 bedroom 2 bathroom beach view vacation rental located on Mustang Island. It has lazy boy reclining couches, an over sized chair that makes out to a twin and a day bed for extra sleeping. The living room has a 55” smart TV with free wireless internet and pull down see through shades for those sunny mornings.. The remodeled fully equipped kitchen has white bead board, quartz counter tops and all new appliances which is perfect for cooking up your favorite meals.Kitchen has the following appliances, Mr Coffee, Blender, Toaster, Electric Can Opener.

The master bedroom has a king size bed with a new mattress and a 4" smart TV and a private attached remodeled bathroom with large walk in tile shower. Guest bedroom has king size bed with a new mattress and a 43" smart TV. The second remodeled bathroom has a deep tub surrounded with tile. Extras included with this rental are a DVD library and games. Enjoy views of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room or private balcony from captain chairs. This Condo sleeps 6.

 The Resort provides pool/beach towels for our Guests, as well as canopies and chairs (Memorial Day-Labor Day) free of charge.
