- The Ladies Powder Puff Fishing Tournament brings anglers together for a fun, energetic, and meaningful weekend on the water. This all-women’s bay fishing event has been a local favorite since 1982, celebrating camaraderie, competition, and a shared love for fishing along the Texas coast.
Held each June, the tournament welcomes teams of up to four anglers to compete for prizes and trophies in both guided and non-guided divisions. Participants spend the weekend targeting popular coastal species like redfish, speckled trout, flounder, and black drum, all while enjoying a lively, community-focused atmosphere.
