Condo 323 has premier water views: the Gulf of Mexico, Corpus Christi Bay resort pools. That is RARE at La Mirage Resort Condominiums, to have all three unobstructed water views. Every window/door has a spectacular water view. Just lovely! There is a reserved and covered parking spot right next to the elevator, making shopping unloading from trips easy.
The forty-foot private deck has 14 pieces of high-end Polywood Coastal Furniture for that first cup of coffee at sunrise, delicious seafood meals at lunch/dinner, and cocktails on padded loungers during spectacular sunsets.
The fully stocked kitchen has new stainless-steel appliances accessories that make cooking a joy. Kitchen ceiling fan and the refrigerator with an ice maker will keep you cool while making culinary masterpieces. Brand new AC keeps The Beachcomber chilled on hot beach days. Kitchen well equipped with basic cooking needs (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave and large appliances). Note that food products such as spices or seasoning are not provided for safety reasons.
Condo is supplied with one set of sheets for all beds. Bath towels are supplied. Please bring Beach Towels.
A start up supply of toilet paper, 1 roll of paper towels, 2 kitchen trash bags, 1 kitchen sponge, bar hand soap for each sink, dishwasher tablets and 1 small bottle of dish soap will be provided. If more supplies are needed please visit the front desk.
