With a capacity to accommodate up to six guests, Sea Gull Unit 1007 features two luxurious king bedrooms, each with a 43-inch Roku TV and a ceiling fan. The primary bedroom has a large sitting area, great for relaxing when you want a bit of privacy, with two upholstered chairs and a private bathroom and a walk-in shower. French doors in the hallway lead to the second bedroom suite with separate doors to the bedroom and the bathroom, making it possible to have a private bathroom and bedroom. Alternatively, the second bathroom, which has a tub and shower, can remain accessible to other guests by leaving open the hallway double doors. Both bedrooms have plantation shutters allowing privacy while still affording an expansive view of Corpus Christi Bay with its spectacular sunsets.
The spacious living area is designed for comfort, complete with a cozy seating arrangement, a ceiling fan, and a 50-inch Roku TV and DVD player for your entertainment needs. The couch opens into a comfortable queen size bed thanks to the 11-inch plush air mattress inflatable with an electric pump.
Step out onto the private balcony to relax in the four bar-height chairs to watch the sunrise or moonrise over the Gulf or to soak in the sun and enjoy the soothing sounds of the waves.
