The Sandpiper is located in the heart of beautiful Mustang Island and offers tropical island accommodations for an ideal getaway. Downtown Port Aransas is just 5 minutes away and the main shopping Corpus Christi is just 20 minutes away.

This resort offers many guest amenities and all units have private beachfront balconies facing the beach. The 12-story Sandpiper has 105 spacious condominiums featuring one, two (1309 sq. ft.) and three (2001-2016 sq. ft.) bedroom units. Each apartment has spectacular views of the Gulf of Mexico All units have fully equipped kitchens with a refrigerator, range/oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cooking utensils, dishes, bowls and silverware .

The Port Aransas Sandpiper Resort has a large gulf-front lobby with large screen TV, library and a complimentary coffee bar. The sunken reading lobby provides a quiet place to gather or just relax and enjoy the gulf views.

The beach is easily accessible from the Sandpiper Resort. A boardwalk leads directly from Sandpiper to the beach. From Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day, beach canopies, loungers, & chairs will be available for rental daily. Please inquire at the front desk for details.

At the Sandpiper Resort the evening hours bring exquisite sunsets, walks on the beach and dining opportunities at one of Port Aransas spectacular indoor or outside restaurants. Stop for a nightcap in one of the waterfront spots that are only a short drive away from the Sandpiper Resort in Port Aransas.

House Policies
* Guests must be at least 25 years of age to make reservation and check in

* No pets allowed.

* Two-night minimum stay is required of all reservations made in advance, three-night minimum on holidays.
* Requests for specific units will be taken, however none can be guaranteed.

* Rates and Policies are subject to change without notice.

Deposit and Cancellation Information

* Deposits: An advance deposit of the first night stay is required on all reservations made more than 7 days prior to the arrival date. Deposits will be accepted in the form of a credit card, check or money order to secure reservations.

* Deposits for Long Term Guests: a $300 deposit is required for all guests staying 30 days of longer.

* Cancellation / Changes to Itinerary: Notice of cancellation must be given at least 72 hours prior to arrival to be eligible for a refund of the advance deposit, minus a $25.00 cancellation fee. For long term stays, at least 30 days notice must be given to be eligible for an advance deposit refund, minus a $25.00 cancellation fee. Reservations made prior to 05/19/08 will still receive a full refund of the advance deposit.
