All Alister Square Inn rooms offer voice mail and fax services are available through the office. We also have wireless Internet throughout the entire facility!

Alister Square Inn offers several 2-bedroom apartments, 8 kitchenette suites and 1 executive suite. Standard hotel rooms offer 2 queen-size beds, microwave and refrigerator.

Walking distance to great shopping, the beach and varied restaurants or take a ride on our local Trolley for 25 cents throughout our friendly quaint town.

Meeting facilities include accommodations for 150. The meeting room opens onto the veranda and pool area. Full-service banquet and party necessities can be arranged through Alister Square.

* One Night deposit is required for confirmed reservations.

* Cancellation Policy:

* All canceled reservations are subject to a $25.00 cancellation fee.

* If reservations are to be canceled, guest must contact hotel front desk at least 48 hours prior to arrival time, or guest credit card on file will be subject to the first night's rent.

* Two night minimum stay required on reservations for weekend, and a three night minimum on holidays.

* 30 day rentals include a weekly maid service and require a $200.00 deposit in advance to hold the reservation.

* "All Season" Weekly Rates 7th Night Free.

* All rentals are subject to state and local taxes.

* All rental balances are due at check-in.

* All rates are subject to change without notice.

* Credit Cards accepted: MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover.

* No person under 21 will be allowed to check in, unless providing management with a major credit card or $100.00 deposit and a current driver's license or state ID.

* Payment for damages to room caused by guest will be collected prior to checkout. If damages are not reported at checkout, credit card on file will be charged for total repairs.

* Civil disturbances caused by any guest will result in forfeiture of rents paid, and termination of your stay.
