Deposits: Must be paid by cash or credit card (only Discover, Visa, & MasterCard are accepted).

You must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation and staying on property the entire length of your reservation.

Each unit reserved will be charged a $15 Non-Refundable booking fee.

BBQ pits are not allowed on balconies.

No Pets Accepted.

Daily Rentals: Deposit Policy

Require a first night's deposit at the time of making reservation - entire remaining balance of the reservation is due upon check-in.

Long Term 30 Day Rentals: Deposit Policy

Require a deposit of $500.00 at the time of making reservation - entire remaining balance of the 1st 30 day period is due upon check-in. You may pay the remaining balance for your entire stay at this time,or you may pay each 30 day's rent no later than the 1st day of each subsequent 30 day period. For 30 day rentals only, payment by cash or check is preferred.

Date Change Policy:

You may change your reservation once prior to the 7 day cancellation period without being charged a fee. However in doing so, you will not be able to receive any portion of your deposit back should you decide to cancel your reservation at a later time. The date must be within 1 year of the original arrival date. Regardless of the number of times dates are changed, the reservation must be used within one year of the arrival date.

Cancellation Policies:

Daily rentals must be canceled seven (7) days prior to arrival date for a deposit refund minus $15.00 booking fee. Reservations canceled after 7 days will forfeit first night's deposit. Long term 30 day reservations must be canceled at least sixty (60) days in advance for a refund of deposit minus $15.00 booking fee. Long term 30 day reservation cancellations made past sixty (60) days will result in forfeiture of deposit.
