**Two (2) Night Min. Stay Required / Three (3) Nights Min. Required on all Holidays**
Deposits: Must be paid by cash or credit card (only Discover, Visa, & MasterCard are accepted).
Age Policy:
You must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation and staying on property the entire length of your reservation.
Booking Fee:
Each unit reserved will be charged a $15 (+Tax) Non-Refundable booking fee.
Daily Rentals:
Deposit Policy Require a deposit of $300.00 at the time of making reservation - entire remaining balance of the reservation is due upon check-in.
Monthly Rentals:
Deposit Policy Require a deposit of $300.00 at the time of making reservation - entire remaining balance of the 1st month is due upon check-in. You may pay the remaining balance for your entire stay at this time, or you may pay each month's rent no later than the 1st day of each subsequent month. For monthly rentals only, payment by check is preferred.
Date Change Policy:
You may change your reservation once prior to the 7 day cancellation period without being charged a fee. However in doing so, you will not be able to receive any portion of your deposit back should you decide to cancel your reservation at a later time. The date must be within 1 year of the original arrival date. Regardless of the number of times dates are changed, the reservation must be used within one year of the arrival date.
Cancellation Policies:
Daily rentals must cancel seven (7) days prior to the arrival date for a deposit refund minus $15.00 booking fee. Reservations cancelled after 7 days will forfeit 1 nights stay. During summer holiday season there is a forfeiture of 2 nights stay. Monthly reservations must be canceled at least sixty (60) days in advance for a refund of deposit minus $15.00 booking fee. Monthly cancellations made post (60) days will result in forfeiture of deposit. BBQ pits are not allowed on balconies. Check in 4:00 pm / Check out 11:00 am.
